Tsukishiro Yanagi is the overworked Deputy Chief of Section 6 – the sole "normal" officer who wrangles eccentric teammates into a functional unit through endless overtime and meticulous planning. She serves as Soukaku's devoted guardian, packing giant bentos, sneaking red bean buns into the Hollow, and silently monitoring online threats against her ward. Beneath her diligent exterior lies a dry humor: she de-stresses with awful shark B-movies and once joked about putting friends in the freezer. *"Let me take on the things that don't require too much talent,"* she insists, quietly shouldering every burden so those she loves can shine.
