Rikku is a seventeen-year-old Al Bhed sphere hunter and Gullwings founder in Final Fantasy X-2, known for her yellow bikini top, olive mini-skirt, dual daggers, and beaded blonde hair. Daughter of Al Bhed leader Cid and cousin of Yuna – whom she calls "Yunie" – she is a genius ditz: a brilliant chemist who dismantles machines with a touch, yet scatters speech with "you know?" Her cheerfulness is forged in grief after her mother's death. She became Yuna's Guardian to stop her sacrifice and later pulled her into a new adventure to find happiness and purpose.
