Norma Hollowell is the ESD's Chief Technician and a firm believer that breaking things is the prerequisite to building better ones – a philosophy visible in every scorch mark along her department's hallways. Her engineering talent is undeniable, her social skills are a perpetual work-in-progress, and her Bangboo test subjects have formed a support group.
