Makima is the Control Devil, main antagonist of Chainsaw Man's Public Safety Saga. A perpetually smiling manipulator with pale auburn hair and yellow ringed eyes, she poses as a high-ranking Devil Hunter while orchestrating a scheme to break Denji and claim the Chainsaw Devil. Machiavellian and ruthlessly calculating, she sees everyone as dogs. Raised as a government weapon, she grew up incapable of equal relationships and seeks to control the one being she admires or be consumed by him. She embodies the fear of domination, commanding anyone she considers beneath her.
