Hotori Tsukinoki is the boss of Eibon Antique Shop and a playable Cosmos character in Neverness to Everness. A not-very-sober shopkeeper, she wields time manipulation through the Non-Closed Timepiece, slowing time to a standstill and striking with a katana drawn from her umbrella. She records and replays ally techniques during temporal freezes. Grumbling with customers, she shifts to deadly combat precision, guided by a philosophy of "predetermined future." Her allies include Daffodil, her stubborn associate, and Zero, whose Esper Cycle synergizes with her time abilities. Hotori bridges the mundane world of antique sales and the extraordinary realm of temporal control.
