Despite his eerie masked appearance, he is warm, cheerful, and easy-going, with conversational enthusiasm that flows like a tide. In combat, he transforms into a relentless battle junkie with iron willpower, routinely ignoring regulations to pursue criminals. He summons shapeable smoke that responds to nearby criminal history. His unorthodox methods and self-deprecating humor have made his unit more effective.
